4. Place: In adress of collateral (No. 192 Tuu Liet street – Tam Hiep Commune – Thanh Tri Distrcit – Hanoi  

We would like to request Mr. Vu Dinh Quang and involved person(s) and colateral usage parties (Mr. Nguyen Dinh Yet and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Linh) attend at time and in place above informed  to transfer the collateral to BIDV Chuong Duong.  The collateral confiscation will be executed as regulation despite absence of any party. All fees will be charged to Mr. Quang Dinh Vu and collateral usage parties.  If the fees can’t be paid by the parties, they are deducted from the collection of collateral treatment before the debt.
