Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Thanh Nam Branch hereby announces the seizure of collateral as follows:

1. Information of asset:

Certificate of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land No. AM 308916 issued by People’s Committee of Nam Dinh City on 19 June 2008 for  Mrs Yen Vu Thi.

2. Reason of seizing: To sell the loans of Mrs Yen Vu Thi

3. Expected seizing time: At 09:00am on 15 October 2019

4. Seizing location: At the location of the above lands

It is required that Mrs Yen Vu Thi and any party holding the collateral show up at the above place and time to implement the transference of the collateral to Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thanh Nam Branch. If the parties mentioned above does not show up, we will cooperate with legislative organizations to seize the collateral as regulated by the law; all costs related to seizing the collateral shall be borne by Mrs Yen Vu Thi and any party holding the collateral.  If those costs are not covered, they are deducted from the sale of the collateral before paying for the loans.
