1. The total outstanding balance of Binh Dinh Granite One Member Limited Liability Company at BIDV Phu Tai as of December 31, 2020 is VND 136,550,951,786, of which the principal balance is VND 81,371,182,658, the interest balance is VND 43,957,439,813, and the outstanding balance of penalty interest is VND 43,957,439,813 11,222,329,315 VND.

2. Security assets seized for debt recovery are as follows:

a. 01 KIA light truck, control plate 29C-17493, chassis number RNHKCA252C, engine number J2601451 of Binh Granite One Member Co., Ltd. Dinh.

b. 01 car of Toyota brand 77L-0978, chassis number 3G-099258445, engine number 1TR-6754966 of Mr. Nguyen Hung Dung and Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang

3. Reason for seizure: Dispose of the security property for debt recovery as agreed in the Mortgage Contract and the law.

4. Time to seize collateral: Starting from 8:30 a.m. on 03/06/2021 until the seizure is completed.

5. Location of seizure: Lot CI-4, Long My Industrial Park, Phuoc My Commune, City. Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh.

6. Seizing term: From the time of seizure until the completion of the handling of security assets to recover loans for Binh Dinh Granite One Member Limited Liability Company.

7. Price for handling security assets: Using valuation results of agencies or organizations with the function of price appraisal. The cost of hiring a valuation agency or organization shall be included in the cost of handling security assets.

8. Handling method: Public auction through a functional auction organization appointed by BIDV Phu Tai.
