BIDV Phu My Hung announces the seizure of colateral as follows:

1. Information of asset: Land use right, ownership of house and other properties associated with the land in the parcel of land No. 855 map No. 42 at Tan Hiep commune, Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City according to the certificate of Land use right, ownership of house and other properties associated with land No. BI 418778; the number in the certificate of issuance: CH00011  issued by Hoc Mon District People's Committee on January 04, 2012.

- Owner of assets: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Son

- Secured party: Mr.Nguyen Hoang Son- Ms.Nguyen Hong Hoa

2. Reason for seizing: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

3. The time of seizing security assets: expectedly from 10:00 am on 22 September 2020.

4. Place of seizure: land in the parcel of land No. 855 map No. 42 at 145/4 Tan Thoi 2 hamlet, Tan Hiep commune, Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City.
