2. Reason for seizing: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

3. Time of seizing security assets: expectedly from 10:00 am on 14 December 2019.

4. Place of seizure: land in the parcel of land 568 map No. 71 at 92/15/7  street 2, Quarter 9, Truong Tho commune, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City.
