1. Assets name: 02 Certificate of land use rights, ownership of houses and other land-attached assets, at My Hiep Industrial Zone, Cao Lanh District, Dong Thap Province.

2. Owner of assets: Sai Gon Cao Lanh Seafood JSC.            

3. Reason for seizing: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and the provisions of law.

4. Place of seizure: Lands at My Hiep Industrial Zone, Cao Lanh District, Dong Thap Province.

5. Time for submission: The deadline for direct application submission is 05 days from the date of notification (The date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV South Sai Gon no later than 07 days from the date of notification).
