3. List of specific machinery and equipment, detailed under the mortgage agreement No. 02/2018/11074139/HDBD dated 10 October 2018 between Hoang Mai Medical Equipment and Trading Co., Ltd. and Vietnam Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - North Hanoi Branch.

4. The collateral for the loan of Hoang Mai Medical Equipment and Trading Co. Ltd.

5. Reasons for seizure: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.
