Address: Group 1, Sa Pa Town, Sa Pa District, Lao Cai Province, Area: 332,0 m2. Owner: Mr. Phan Trung Kien & Ms. Le Thi Hoan.

Collateral secured for the loan of Truong Son Commercial Investment Limited Company.

2. Reason for seizing: Handling collateral to recover debts as agreed in the mortgage contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

3. Expected seizing time: 8:30 am on 08 January2020.

4. Seizing location: At the location of the lands.
