Property: Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land at the address No. 2791 Huynh Tan Phat Street, Hamlet 6, Phu Xuan Commune, Nha Be Suburban District, Ho Chi Minh City (old address 83/1 Hamlet 6, Phu Xuan Commune, Nha Be Suburban District, Ho Chi Minh City)
- Certificate: Certificate of Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties associated with land no, number CI 504956 in the certificate of issuance book CS04568 issued on July 03rd, 2017 by Resoutce and Enviroment  Ho Chi Minh City
- Owner: Mr. Nguyen Mau Hoang Hung and Mrs Duong Ngoc Cam

2. Reasons for seizure: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

3. Time of seizure: from 09:30 am on June 16th, 2022 to until the completion of the actual seizure.

4. Place of seizure: At the place of the collateral.

5. Estimated time of : As from the time of seizing and keeping until collateral property is disposed, auctioned to assist Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Binh Tan Branch recover debt or until the debt is fully paid.

6. The cost for disposing collateral property: Using appraisal result of agency, organization have competence for appraisement. Expenses for renting agency, organization have competence for appraisement will be calculated into the cost for disposing collateral property.

7. Disposition method: Auction sale will be carried out through organization have competence for auction appointed by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Binh Tan Branch
