The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Binh Duong Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Bank/BIDV Binh Duong) announces the seizure of colaterals as follows:

1. The total outstanding balance of  TTP Mechanical One Member Company Limited at BIDV Binh Duong as of June 09, 2021 is VND 43,921,855,435 of which the principal balance is VND 43,595,092,539, the interest balance is VND 326,762,896.

2. Security assets seized for debt recovery are as follows: One 15 Ton overhead crane for metal lifting follow by mortgage contract No 04/2019/9156958/HĐBĐ signed on July 07th, 2019.

3. Reason for seizure: Dispose of the security property for debt recovery as agreed in the Mortgage Contract and the law.

4. Time to seize collateral: Starting from 3:30 p.m. on 11/06/2021 until the seizure is completed.

5. Location of seizure: From No 301/5, An Phu 16 Street, Hamlet 4, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province to No 28, Le Duan Street, Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

6. Seizing term: From the time of seizure until the completion of the handling of security assets to recover loans for TTP Mechanical One Member Company Limited for BIDV Binh Duong.

7. Price for handling security assets: Using valuation results of agencies or organizations with the function of price appraisal. The cost of hiring a valuation agency or organization shall be included in the cost of handling security assets.

8. Handling method: Public auction through a functional auction organization appointed by BIDV Binh Duong.
