1.5 Color sorter system (Crystal 6 Plus), Color sorter machine (AMECS), channel: 396H (256:96:44)

1.6 Auxiliary devices of Color sorter system (Crystal 6 Plus)

1.7 Color separation machine (Sortex B5)

1.8 Auxiliary devices of Color separation machine (Sortex B5)

1.9 Rice polishing machine (LAMICO, RP80), squirting and fueling

2. Reason of seizing: To sell the loans as agreed in mortgage contracts and the provisions of law.

3. Expected seizing time: At 10:30am on October 16, 2019 until completion

4. Seizing location: At land plot No.207, map sheet No.10, My Hiep industrial cluster, My Hiep commune, Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap province

5. Price for handling collateral: Use valuation results of price appraisal organizations. Expenses for hiring valuation agencies and organizations shall be included in asset seizure expenses.

6. Handling methods: Public auction through auctions organized by BIDV Ben Thanh.

7. Rights and obligations of the mortgagor:

Mortgages and third parties (if any) are obliged to coordinate with BIDV Ben Thanh to handle assets according to law provisions. In case Thien Nhien Service Trading Company Limited or any third party holding the property does not  hand over it, BIDV Ben Thanh will coordinate with competent authorities to carry out the seizure in accordance with the law. All expenses incurred in the process of seizing and disposing of assets, Thien Nhien Service Trading Co., Ltd. is obliged to pay along with the debts.
