- Area: 75 m2 (In words: Seventy-five square meters);

- Form of use: Private use;

- Purpose of use: Land for living;

- Origin of use: Agreed from the transfer;

2. Ownership of Assets: Mr Nguyen Tuan Thanh.

3. Reasons for seizure: Dispose security assets to recover debts as agreed in the Mortgage Contract signed between the parties and according to the provisions of law.

4. Time of seizure: from 10:00 am on October 20nd, 2022 to until the completion of the actual seizure.

5. Place of seizure: Land lot no: 850, Map sheet no: 03, Thoi An Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City;

6. Period for seizing and keeping: As from the time of seizing and keeping until collateral property is disposed, auctioned to assist Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ben Thanh Branch recover debt or until Borrower fully pays debt.

7. The cost for disposing collateral property: Using appraisal result of agency, organization have competence for appraisement. Expenses for renting agency, organization have competence for appraisement will be calculated into the cost for disposing collateral property.

8. Disposition method: Auction sale will be carried out through organization have competence for auction appointed by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ben Thanh Branch.
