- Land use rights and land-attached assets of Mr. Le Huu Quang according to the Certificate of land use rights No. BV 739663; issued by People's Committee of Chu Puh District – Gia Lai Province dated  April 24, 2015. As follows:

Address of asset: Cay Xoai village, Ia Hla commune, Chu Puh district, Gia Lai province

Land area: 10.266,2 m2

Form of use: Private use: 10.266,2 m2; General use: 0 m2

Term of use: To April, 2065

Auction purpose: Auction of security assets for loan of Mr. Le Huu Quang at BIDV Nam Gia Lai to recover the loan.

- Starting price: VND 318,252,200 (in words: Three hundred and eighteen million two hundred and fifty two thousand and two hundred Vietnamese dongs).

2. Time for submission: Direct submission deadline is 05 days from the date of posting notice on BIDV’s website (document submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that it should be delivered to BIDV Nam Gia Lai  within 07 days from the notice date).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

Notes:

- The application automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Nam Gia Lai shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organization.
