The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment & Development of Vietnam – Ha Thanh Branch (BIDV Ha Thanh) would like to announce the auction of assets as follows:

1. Information about assets:

b) Address: Minh Khai Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Ha Noi City;

c) Area: 123.0 m2 (In words: One hundred twenty three square meter);

d) Form of use: Private use: 70.0m2; General use: 53 m2

đ) Purpose of use: Urban residential land.

e) Time of use: Long term;

g) Origin of land: Receiving the transferred land, which will be recognized as a land use right, such as land allocation with land use levy.

+ Asset attached to land: On the certificate, the asset has not been registered for property ownership yet. In actual inspection, the asset is a  one-story house.

+ Certificate: Certificate of land use right, housing and other assets attached to land proprietary right no CD435198 issued on 26 July 2017 by Hanoi Environment and Natural Resource Department.

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 5 days from the date of notification ( date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Ha Thanh no later than 7 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ha Thanh shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
