Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Nam Branch announces the auction of security assets of Thuy Dat Textile Export Import Joint Stock Company as follows:

1. Information on Auctioned Property:

Assets include: Steamer (number of 01), Camera (number of 01), Trolley towel (quantity of 40 pieces), Drying lot (number of 01)

2. Starting price of the auctioned property:

Sell all assets (including steamer (quantity 01), film camera (quantity 01), towel trolley (quantity of 40 pieces), drying lot (quantity of 01)) with price starting at 2,395,000,000 VND or in case the customer needs to buy each type of asset individually, the retail will be conducted as follows:

+ Property 1 - Autoclave (quantity 01): 770,000,000 VND

+ Property 2 - Film camera (number 01): 1,281,000,000 VND

+ Property 3 - Towel trolley (quantity of 40 pieces): 176,000,000 VND

+ Property 4 - Drying lot orchard (quantity of 01 unit): 168,000,000 VND

Principles of asset sales:

Priority customers buy the package 4 above. If there is no customer buying the package, the customer registering to buy any property will organize the auction of such property.

For property 3 – Towel trolley (quantity of 40 pieces): Priority is given to customers to buy the package of 40 above properties. If there is no customer buying the package, the customer registering to buy any property will organize the auction of such property.

Price does not include VAT and costs related to the transfer process. All costs related to the transfer of ownership / use of property, including registration fee, title transfer fee, notarization fee and other expenses (if any), will be borne by the auction winner.

3. Time and place for auction:

- Time to sell dossiers, submit dossiers to register for auction participation: From August 31, 2021 to September 07, 2021 (during office hours)

- Time to organize the auction: At 14:00 on September 13, 2021
