- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- The default registration dossier expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions.

- BIDV Thanh Do Branch will notify in writing the result to the selected auction organization, the entities that are not notified of the result are construed as not selected, BIDV Thanh Do Branch does not return the file to unselected units.
