4. Criteria for selection of a collateral auction organization

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criterias:

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 3 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

- Have at least 3 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required

- Enterprise’s legal records

- Descriptions of capacities, experiences

- Offer letter, other enterprise’s commitments (if any).

* Notes:

- The application for registration is automatically expired in case the collateral enterprise is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law

- BIDV Thai Nguyen will notify in writing the result to the selected auction enterprise only. BIDV Thai Nguyen will not return the documents of unselected enterprises.
