Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – District 3 Ho Chi Minh City Branch (BIDV District 3 HCMC) hereby announces the selection of an asset valuation organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

            Land use rights, house ownership and other assets attached to land number CA161268 located at Tan Thoi Nhi commune, Hoc Mon district, City. In Ho Chi Minh City, enter the certificate of granting certificate number CH 00266 issued by the People's Committee of Hoc Mon district on May 29, 2015, specifically as follows:

            a. Land use rights:

- Land plot number: 795, map sheet number: 35.

- Address: Tan Thoi Nhi commune, Hoc Mon district, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Area: 1.951,3 m2, (In words: One thousand nine hundred and fifty one point three square meters).

- Use form: Personal use;

- Purpose of use: Urban residential land 1,682.8 m2, Perennial land 268.5 m2.

- Shelf life: Urban land: Long-term stability; Land for planting perennial crops: Until November 30, 2048.

2. Deadline for application submission:

4. Selection criteria:

       a. The selected price appraisal enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance's public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities.

       b. The selected price appraisal enterprise is not eligible for price appraisal according to the provisions of the Law on Prices and its guiding documents.

       c. Fully meeting the standards of Vietnam's standard system of appraisal of prices issued under Circular No. 158/2014/TT-BTC dated October 27, 2014, Circular No. 28/2015/TT-BTC dated October 6 March 2015 of the Ministry of Finance and regulations of the law on appraisal of prices.

       d. Appraisers fully meet the criteria prescribed by the Law on Price and the provisions of law, have experience in the field of price appraisal; reputable valuation company,...

       e. Price of package appraisal service (included costs of surveying, collecting information for appraisal of security assets, ...)

       f. Other criteria: Provide deed according to regulations, responsible for appraisal value.

5. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises;

- A description of qualifications and experience;

- Letter of offer price appraisal service (including cost of appraisal).

* Note:

            - The registration dossier is automatically invalidated in case the price appraisal enterprise is not appraised according to the provisions of law.

            - BIDV will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation enterprise, those units that are not notified of the results will be considered unselected, BIDV will not return the dossiers to the unselected units. choose./.
