Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – District 3 HCMC Branch (BIDV District 3 HCMC) announce the selection of an asset auction organization as follows:

1. Information of assets:

Certificate of Land Use Right, Ownership of House and other assets attached to land number BB 484009 (Certificate entry number: CH 00618) is located at Long Truong Ward, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City, issued by the People's Committee of District 9 (now Thu Duc City) on September 21, 2010.

Land Use Rights:

Lot of land: 147; Map sheet number: 71

Address: Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

Area: 11,990,5m2, (In words: Eleven thousand, nine hundred and ninety, point five square meters).

Form of use: common use

Purpose of use: Land in urban areas.

Shelf life: long – term

Origin of use: The State allocates land with the collection of land use fees.       

b. Assets attached to land: Houses and other structures have not been certified.

2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Distric 3 HCMC Branch must receive it within 07 days from date of notice).

3. Address for application reception:

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Distric 3 HCMC Branch (Debt workout Department).

Address: 2nd Floor, No. 549 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 3, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

4. Selection criteria:

            An organization registering to participate in an auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Property Auction Law and the following criteria:

- Having the function of property auction.

- Have at least 03 years of operation.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Have at least 03 branches/representative offices.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

- BIDV District 3 HCMC shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV District 3 HCMC do not return the application of unselected organization.
