- Apartment No.A03.1, 3rd floor/25, CT1 Building – Vimeco (Construction area: 94,00 square meters): 3.290.000.000 VND (Three billion two hundred and ninety million Vietnam dongs only).
- Deposit amount: 10% of selling price/apartment.
(The selling price does not include costs related to ownership transfer or property using, registration fees, notary fees, apartment service fees and other fees (if any) when making a property purchase, these costs shall be covered by the auction winner).
