1. Name of property: Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties attached to land specified in the Certificate of Land use rights, ownership of house and other properties attached to land No.BS731240. Description of the property:

- Land lot no: 102; Map sheet no: 108;

- Address: Tan Yen village, Ealy Commune, Song Hinh district, Phu Yen Province;

- Area: 1.349,2 m2;

- Form of use: Private use;

- Propose of use: Urban residential land (150 m2) and land for perennial crop (1.192 m2);

- Time-limit of use: Long term

- Origin of use: The State allocates land with collection of land use levy for urban residential land; The State allocates land with no collection of land use levy for land for perennial crop.

- Construction area: 80 m2                               Floor area: 80 m2

2. Deadline for submission: Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notification (applications submitted by post are calculated by the postmark, provided BIDV Phu Yen must be received within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

- Selected enterprise must be on the list of public price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

- The price appraisal enterprise is selected not in the case the price appraisal is not under the provisions of the auction law and its guiding documents.

- There are branches/representative offices in Binh Dinh, Phu Yen or Khanh Hoa.

5. Registration documents included:

- Enterprise legal records.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Bidding letter and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

* Note:

- The default registration dossier expires in case the price appraisal enterprise is not appraised according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Phu Yen will send a written notification of the result to the selected appraisal firm, entities that have not been given the results are construed as not selected, BIDV Phu Yen does not reimburse applications to unselected entities.
