- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.
- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.
- Appearance in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.
- The business has been in operation for at least 3 years
- There are at least 03 auctioneers.
5. Registration application:
- Corporate legal documents.
- Description of capacity and experience.
- Auction letter, related documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).
* Note:
- An default registration application expires in case the auction organization is not auctioned according to law provisions.
- Ngoc Khanh Hanoi BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, the organizations that are not notified of the result are construed as not selected, BIDV does not return the application to the one who is not chosen.
