4. Criteria for selection:

- The chosen businesses must be included in the Public List of Businesses qualified for property valuation assessment of the Ministry of Finance.

- The chosen businesses performing property valuation assessment must not in the case of prohibition for property valuation assessment under provisions of the Law on Price and guiding documents.

5. Portfolio includes:

- Legal documents of the business.

- Business Profile and experience.

- Quotation, other Commitments of Business performing property valuation assessment (In the quotation must indicate preliminary estimated valuation of the property to be priced, the price level…).

* Notes:

- Application form defaults to be invalid in case Business performing property valuation assessment could not perform such activities under regulation of the Law.

- BIDV Ngoc Khanh, Hanoi shall have a written notice for the chosen businesses. The units without receipt of notice would deem not to be selected. BIDV Ngoc Khanh, Hanoi would not return the application form for unselected units.
