4. Selection criteria:

- An organization registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having property auction function.

- Having the minimum operating time of 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- There are at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable cost, quick procedure.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of Appraisal Organization

- A description of competence and experience.

- Letter of offer, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Long Bien Ha Noi will not return the documents to the unselected organizations
