BIDV Lang Son announces the selection of asset auction organization

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Lang Son Branch (BIDV Lang Son) announces the selection of asset auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

1.1. First Asset: Use rights of Land and Land Attacked asset of Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh and Mr. Tran Quoc Thinh at Quan ho Village, Hoang Dong  Commune, Lang Son City, Lang Son Province according to Land use rights Certificate, Ownership of houses and other land-attached assets No BC 315356; Putting into the land use right supply book: CH-00404 issued by the People's Committee of Lang Son City on February 25, 2011. As follows:

+ Area: 386.6 m2 (In words: Three hundred and eighty six point six square meters).

+ Land use source: The State acknowledged the land use right as The State has delivered the land with no collecting land use money

1.2. Second Asset: Use rights of Land and Land Attacked asset of Nguyen Khac Yen’s household at Block 15, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Lang Son City, Lang Son Province according to Land use rights Certificate, Ownership of houses and other land-attached assets No BC BM 171748; Putting into the land use right supply book CH-01442 issued by the People's Committee of Lang Son City on November 26, 2012. As follows:

+ Land plot Address: Block 15, Hoang Van Thu Ward, Lang Son City.
+ Land plot No: 47
+ Map Piece No: 13

+ Area: 102.2 m2 (In words: One hundred and two point two square meters).

+ Form of use: Private use: 102.2 m2; Shared: 0 m2;

+ Land use purpose: Residential Urban Land

+ Land use term: Long – term

+ Land use source: The State acknowledged the land use right as The State has delivered the land with no collecting land use money

- Property on the land:

+ Floor area: 391.4 m2

+ Number of floor: 03 Floors + Basement

2. Time to receive records:

Deadline for direct submission is 03 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV Lang Son must be received within 7 days from the date of notification).

3. Application location:

4. Selection criteria:

Organization registering to participate in an auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Property Auction Law and the following criteria:

- Having the function of property auction;
- Having at least 3 years of operation;
- There are at least 02 auctioneers;
- Headquarter located in Lang Son province;

- Having a head office meeting the conditions for organizing the auction of 10 seats or more and having adequate equipment and information systems to serve the asset auction;

- Having a description of competence, reputation, experience;
- Having feasible and effective auction plan;
- Reasonable cost, fast procedure.

5. Registration file includes:

- Enterprise legal documents

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

Note:

- The notice of default selection expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction in accordance with law

- BIDV Lang Son will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those not being selected with not receive such notice, BIDV Lang Son does not return the document to unselected units.
