Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Ky Anh Branch ( BIDV Ky Anh) would like to announce the selection of an asset auction organization as follows:

1. Property information:

- Auctioned assets: Construction works on land, machinery, equipment, means of transport (belonging to Phu Hung Long unburnt brick, tile factory) of Phu Hung Long Ha Tinh Unburnt Brick, tile Joint Stock Company.

- Property address: Vung Ang 1 Industrial Park, Ky Thinh Ward, Ky Anh Town, Ha Tinh Province.

- Starting price: VND47,246,000,000 (in words: Forty seven billion two hundred forty six million VND )

2. Deadline for submission :

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided that BIDV Ky Anh must receive them within 10 days from the date of notice).

3. Place of submission:

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Ky Anh Branch ; Address: Hai Thuy Hotel Building for Rent, Lien Phu TDP, Ky Lien ward, Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh province.

4. Selection criteria:

- Facilities, necessary equipment guarantee for the auction for the type of auctioned asset.

- Feasible and effective auction plan.

- The capacity, experience and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Appropriate remuneration for auction services and property auction expenses.

- Is included in the list of property auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Operate at least 03 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. The registration dossier includes:

- Corporate legal documents.

- Description of capacity and experience.

- Auction letter, related documents under Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ky Anh shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organizations.
