* 1st property: Certificate of Land Use Right No. CD 024930  issued by the People's Committee of Thanh Son District on 13 Oct 2016 for Mr. Tran Anh Tuan and Mrs. Thieu Thi Trinh, area 676,0m2  at land plot No. 30, map sheet No. 70. Address: Lien Thanh town, Vo Mieu commune, Thanh Son District, Phu Tho province.

* 2nd property: Certificate of Land Use Right No. AD 301201  issued by the People's Committee of Thanh Son District on 16 Dec 2005 for Mr. Tran Anh Tuan and Mrs. Thieu Thi Trinh, area 367,0m2  at land plot No. 83, map sheet No. 70. Assets attached to land:  1-floor house, brick walls, tired roofs, brick background. Address: Lien Thanh town, Vo Mieu commune, Thanh Son District, Phu Tho province.

2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV Hung Vuong must be received within 07 days from the date of notification).

3. Place for submission:

- Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hung Vuong Branch – Thanh Son transaction.

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

*Notes:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Hung Vuong will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Hung Vuong will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
