Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hung Vuong Branch announces the selection of property auction organization as follows:

1. Asset information:

a. First property

Land use rights and assets attached to land according to land use right certificate No. BH 355129 issued by the People's Committee of Ha Hoa District on September 28, 2011 of Mrs. Vi Thi Hoa on the area of 288,0m2  at land plot No. 252-1, map sheet No. 03. Assets attached to land:  1-floor stilt houses, built with natural materials:

b. Second property

Land use rights and assets attached to land according to land use right certificate No. AA 170457 issued by the People's Committee of Doan Hung District on September 30, 2004 of Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong on the area of 210,0m2  at land plot No. 134.1, map sheet No. 16. Assets attached to land:  1-floor stilt houses, built with natural materials:

2. Deadline for submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the date of notification (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV Hung Vuong must be received within 07 days from the date of notification).

3. Place for submission:

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

*Notes:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Hung Vuong will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Hung Vuong will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
