Deadline for direct submission is 05 days from the date of notice (the dossier submitted by post is calculated by postmark, provided that BIDV Hoang Mai Ha Noi must receive within 07 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Organizations registering for auction must meet the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having functions of property auction activities.

- Having the minimum operating time of 03 years.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 representative offices

- Having experiences in auctioning property of BIDV.

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

 * Notes:

- Application documents of the unselected organizations will automatically be expired.

- BIDV Hoang Mai Ha Noi will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Hoang Mai Ha Noi will not return the documents to the unselected organizations.
