4. Selection criteria An organization registering to participate in an auction must satisfy the criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Property Auction Law and the following criteria:

 - Having the function of property auction.

- Having the minimum operating time of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

 There are at least 03 branches, representative offices.

5. Documents for registration

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Price quotation, related documents at Item 4 above and  other commitments of auction organization (if any).

*Note:

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Hoai Duc shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization
