1. Information of Assets:

The first asset: Toyota Fortuner car, grey colour, license plate number 29A 272.53, first-price auction VND 385,000,000.0

The second asset: Honda Civic car, silver grey colour, license plate number 30H 3947, first-price auction VND 165,000,000.0

The third asset: Mazda3 2.0S car, red colour, license plate number 30S 4486, first-price auction VND 250,000,000.0

The fourth asset: Kia Forte car, silver colour, license plate number 29A 225.24, first-price auction VND 265,000,000.0

The fifth asset: Mercedes Benz E280 car, black colour, license plate number 30A 202.11, first-price auction VND 235,000,000.0

2. Time for submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 03 working days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Ha Dong no later than 05 working days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Necessary infrastructure and equipment required for the property opted for auction.

- Accomplishable and efficient auction plan.

- Capacity, acquirement and reputation of the property auction organization.

- Have asset auction license.

- Have ability and experience in auction activities.

- Have operated for at least 5 years.

- Have at least 3 auctioneers.

5. Documents required:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

* Note:

- The selection criteria do not apply to Property Auction Service Center directly under the Province Department of Justice.

- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Ha Dong shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the applications of the unselected organization.
