BIDV Dong Do would like to announce the auction of assets with the following details:

1. Information of assets:

Land use right and assets attached to land according to Certificate No. CM 100313 issued by Department of Natural Resources and Environment on 30 January 2018, registered book number: CS05425 for Mr. Nguyen Van Luu and his wife, Mrs. Do Thi Giang.

2. Description:             

2.1. Parcel of land

- Land lot No. 29; Map No. 4H-II-02;

- Address: Group 10 , Tan Mai Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi;

- Area: 101.6 m2 (In words: One hundred and one point six square meters);

- Form of use: Private use;                            

- Purpose of use: Residential land in urban areas;

- Term of use: Long term;

- Origin of use: Receipt of transfer of land recognized and allotted by the State with land use fees

Note: Certificate No. CM 100313 issued by Department of Natural Resources and Environment on 30 January 2018 certified the ownership of a housing construction attached to the land.

2.2. House:

Housing type: Individual housing; Construction area: 28.3 m²; Floor area: 27.2 m²; Ownership form: Own property; Level (Grade): IV

In reality, the asset attached to the land no longer exists due to demolition, BIDV Dong Do only sells and hands over the assets in its actual condition to a successful bidder. The successful bidder shall be responsible to contact competent state agencies to legalize the asset in accordance with the law.

2. Starting price: VND 8.657.280.000 (Eight billion, six hundred and fifty seven million, two hundred eighty thousand Vietnamese Dong). *The reserve price does not include VAT and other costs associated with the transfer process. All costs related to the process of transferring, ownership of assets such as taxes, fees and charges, etc. (if any) shall be borne by the Purchaser.

3.  Deposit:

- Deposit: The auction participant must pay a deposit equal to 10% of the property's starting price: 865.728.000 VND (in words: Eight hundred sixty five million, seven hundred twenty eight thousand Vietnamese dong).
