Address:  land plot No: 230A, map No: 03;  Gruop 13,  Hau Ai Hamle, Van Canh Village, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi.

- Reserve Price: 990.000.000 VND (In word: Nine hundred and ninety millions dong)

2. Deadline for application submission:

The deadline for direct application submission is 03 days from the date of notification ( date off documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark, but must be delivered to BIDV Dai La no later than 05 days from the date of notification).

Selected enterprises must be on the public list of valuation enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities of the Ministry of Finance.

Service costs: reasonable.

Experience: minimum 3 year

Number of Auctioneer : minimum 3

5. Documents required:

Enterprise legal document.

Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).

Note:

Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.

BIDV Dai La shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV Dai La do not return the application of unselected organization.
