- Property description: Apartment No. 203-N5D, Trung Hoa – Nhan Chinh Urban Area. Total area: 82.2 square meters

- Address: Apartment No. 203-N5D, Trung Hoa – Nhan Chinh Urban Area, Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi

- Starting bidding price: 1,800,000,000 VND (In words: One billion, eight hundred million Vietnamese Dongs).

- Auctioned property seller: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Cau Giay branch. Address: No. 263 Cau Giay street, Hanoi.

2. Deadline for application submission:

Application deadline is five (05) days from the date of notification (during office hours).

4. Criteria for selection:

Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

- Having legally property auction function.

- Having at least 3 years of operation.

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

- Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

- Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

5. Application includes:

- Organization legal documents (business registration, registration of signature and seal etc.)

- A written description of competence and experience.

- Price quotation, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents required by authorized entity.

BIDV Cau Giay will issue a written notice of the result to the selected property auction organization, those not being selected will not receive such notice. BIDV Cau Giay will not return the documents to the unselected organizations
