Organizations registering to participate in auction must meet the criterion specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Property Auction and the following criteria:

Having legally property auction function.

Having at least 3 years of operation.

Having at least 03 auctioneers.

Having at least 03 branches / representative offices.

Reasonable auction costs and remuneration for auction services.

Other criterion stated by the authorized entity.

Notes:

This notification automatically becomes invalid in case  auction organizer is not permitted to conduct the auction in accordance with the laws.

BIDV Bac Kan shall send a written notice of the result to the selected auction organization; Those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of unselected organizations
