Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – West Saigon Branch announces the selection of a debt valuation organization as follows:

1. Debt information:

- Debts of borrowers at BIDV West Saigon Branch (hereinafter referred to as “Debits”), including the entire principal balance and outstanding interest and fees.

(Total outstanding balance of Temporary Debt as of March 31, 2023 is VND 83.684.892.301. of which principal balance is VND 60.480.622.373. interest balance is VND 23.204.269.928).

Collateral for the debt: according to the Mortgage Contract No. 03/2019/3092619/HDBD dated February 28, 2019; 02/2019/3092619/HDBD dated 19/03/2019; 04/2019/3092619/HDBD dated 28/02/2019; 08/2015/3092619/HDBD dated 09/09/2015; 08/2015/3092619/HDBD dated 09/09/2015; 09/2015/3092619/HDBD dated 09/09/2015; 10/2015/3092619/HDBD dated 09/09/2015; 10/2015/3092619/HDBD dated 09/09/2015; 01/2018/3092619/HDBD dated 09/08/2018; Details in the attached appendix.

2. Deadline for application submission: Deadline for submitting applications in person or by post (according to postmarks): before 5:00 p.m. on April 12, 2023.

4. Selection Criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to ensure the valuation of the type of asset to be appraised.

- A feasible and effective valuation plan.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the debt valuation organization.

- Remuneration for valuation services, appropriate pricing costs.

- Being named in the list of valuation organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Has a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 appraisers.

5. A registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Quotation letter, relevant documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the valuation organization (if any).

* Note:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the valuation organization is not appraised according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV West Saigon will send a written notice of the results to the selected valuation organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered as not selected, BIDV West Saigon will not return the application to the unit is not selected.
