Debts of borrowers at BIDV West Saigon Branch (hereinafter referred to as “Debt”), including all principal balance and outstanding balance of interest and fees.

(Total outstanding balance of temporary debt as of October 31, 2022 is 210,351,972,748 VND, of which principal balance is 193,796,894,146 VND and interest balance is 16,555,078,602 VND).

2. Period for applying documents:

4. Criterion for choosing:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Competence, experience and reputation of the auction debts organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate auction costs.

- Being named in the list of auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Have a minimum operating period of 3 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

5. Registration documents, including:

- Legal document of company.

- Description of company profile, experiences.

- Bidding letter, relevant documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

- Registration documents automatically are expired in the case of auction company is not to be appraised according to regulations of Law.

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - West Saigon Branch will have documents to notify auction companies to be chosen, Units are not to be notified the results will be considered as failure, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - West Saigon Branch will not return documents to units not to be chosen.
