4. The value of temporary debts as of April 30,2020:

- Total outstanding loans: 206.086.373.935 VND.

+ Loan interest: 57.583.285.870 VND.

+ Late payment fee: 19.938.843.465 VND.

5. Collateral for debts: The high-class urban area and tourist resort project of Tra Co, Mong Cai, Quang Ninh.

6. Debt selling method and selling price: According to the direct agreement between the bank and the debt purchaser.

7. Detailed legal documents, current status of assets, please contact the debt purchaser to contact BIDV Mong Cai. The parties wanting to buy debt shall send a written request and financial capacity file to BIDV Mong Cai.
