Asset being appraised price is the debt of BIDV’s customer, security assets for the debt include:
- The Project name: Apartment, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City (Now is Thu Duc City)
- The Location: Land area at 68-72 Le Van Chi street, Linh Trung ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Land area: 3,945.50 m2 (land for construction of apartments: 1.689,6 m2)
- Area of building: 21,845.20 m2 (Area of apartment building 20.234,20 m2 not included cellar)
- The number of floors: 15
- The total of apartments: 156 (apartment floor area: 10,153.00 m2)
Decision Number 2968/QĐ-UBND May 29, 2020 of the People's Committee of Thu Duc District
on payment of compensation, support and resettlement in the construction investment
project of upgrading Le Van Chi (Viet Thang) street in Linh Trung ward, Thu Duc district:
- Amount of compensation and support: 4,791,338,150 VND
- Bonus: 7,500,000 VND
- Total: 4,798,838,150 VND
2. Deadline for application submission:
The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post shall be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Criteria for selection:
- Selected enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance-Publicized list of price appraisal enterprises which are eligible for appraisal of prices.
- Selected enterprise must not fall into the category of those which are not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by Law on Prices and it’s guiding for implementation documents.
- Selected enterprise’s headquarter must be registered in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, having at least 03 price appraisers and has been active for at least 03 years.
5. Application:
- Enterprise legal document.
- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.
- Price quotation and other commitments of the price appraisal enterprise (if any).
* Note:
- Notice on selection shall automatically become invalid in case the price appraisal enterprise is not permitted to perform appraisal of prices by law.
- BIDV shall send a written notice of the results to the selected price appraisal enterprise; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed to be unselected. BIDV do not return the application of organization unselected.
