- The Guarantees:The assets are used to guarantee for the debt, as following:Total valuation value at the time of loan: 133.691 million dong includes: three Real estate: 128.592 million dong, six means of transport (includes: four cars, a long vehicle and a truck): 5.099 million dong. Guarantee method: Relevant parties sign the Agreement and register the guarantee deal as the rule

4. Selection criteria

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction and the following criteria:

- Have asset auction license.

- Having operated for at least 03 years.

- Have at least 03 auctioneers.

- Have at least 03 branches/ representative offices.

- Other criteria according to the Branch’s requirements

5. Application documents:

- Enterprise legal document.

- Enterprise capacity and experience profile.

- Quotation and other commitments of auction organization (if any)

- Other profiles according to the Branch’s requirements

Note:

- The application automatically becomes invalid in case auction organization is not permitted to conduct auction in accordance with the law.

- BIDV Chuong Duong shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization; those who have not been informed of the results are deemed unsuccessful. We do not return the application of organization unselected
