From 11 October 2021, BIDV introduces a new feature on BIDV SmartBanking app allowing customers to select their bank account number. No fee applied for 2-digit selection and 50% off fee for longer series of number.

Accordingly, customers can select the last 2 to 7 digits of their account number right on SmartBanking. Waiver of fee to select preferable 2-digit for your account number such as : Loc Phat (68.86); Phu Quy (11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, 99); Than Tai (39, 79)...

Fees for selection of 3 to 7 digits are reduced by 50% until 31 December 2021. If customers wish to select their account number at the counter, they are offered up to 33% discount for 3 and 4 digits of choice.

4 steps to open account number of choice on SmartBanking:

Step 1: Open the SmartBanking app.

Step 2: Select the "Open account As You like" feature.

Step 3: Select the account type on request.

Step 4: Pay and complete the transaction.

For new customers who do not have information at BIDV, just download the SmartBanking app on the App Store/Google Play then register to use SmartBanking by eKYC authentication at home and take the steps to open an account as you like according to the above 4 steps to own an account as desired. Especially from now until December 1st, 2021, BIDV is free unlimited for transactions made on SmartBanking and gives an additional combo of up to VND 300,000 to the first 1,000 customers every day to successfully register and activate SmartBanking.
