2. Period for submitting documents:

Period for direct submitting documents is seven (7) days from the day of notice (Deadline for submitting documents will be determined according to stamp of post office incase of postal documents, on condition that Joint Stock Commercial Bank of Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ky Hoa Branch  receives documents within ten (10) days from day of notice).

4. Criterion for choosing:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Has a minimum operating period of 05 years.

- There are at least 03 auctioneers.

- Other criterion as required by the unit.

5. Registration documents, including:

- Legal document of corporation.

- Description of campany profile and Proof of expertise.

- Letter of bid, relevant documents according to Section 4 of this Notice, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

- Other documents as required by the unit.

* Note:

- The registration dossier automatically expires in case the auction organization is not allowed to auction according to the provisions of law.

- Joint Stock Commercial Bank of Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ky Hoa Branch  will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results will be considered unselected, Joint Stock Commercial Bank of Investment and Development of Vietnam – Ky Hoa Branch will not return the documents to those units is not selected.
