In case the bidder wishing to auction the entire property: The starting price is VND 3,870,000,000

In case the auction participant only needs to auction "Production lines, machinery and equipment": The starting price of "Production lines, machinery and equipment" is VND 2,110,000,000

The above starting price includes taxes and fees related to the property auction and tax obligations arising before the time of the auction that the property owner owes to the State as of the time of the auction success. Other financial obligations must be paid according to regulations related to the transfer of use rights, transfer of ownership of assets... for the Buyer is responsible for paying.
