Sale of assets that are machinery and equipment for the garment industry

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Thanh Nam Branch announces the auction of assets of Thuy Dat Joint Stock Company as follows:

1. Information on Auctioned Property:

- Sale of Assets 4.3 - Printing line: 12-color printer with size of 02m (KC-86ASIG), Tensioner, Lamp stretch, Humidifier.

- Sale of Assets 4.7 - Machines and equipment that can be sold individually: Fiber testing machine, TH-2000 extractor, 200kg MF-98 High pressure towel dyeing machine (02 pieces), 400kg high pressure towel dyeing machine SA ASME998 (03 pieces), Experimental dyeing machine (3-5kg), Washing machine (02 pieces), Cage dryer (02 pieces).

2. Starting price of the auctioned property:

Sale of all machinery and equipment at a starting price of VND 3,979,677,000 or in case the customer needs to buy each type of asset individually, Retailing is as follows:

+ Assets 4.3 - Printing line: VND 1,672,182,000

+ Assets 4.7 - Retail machinery and equipment each: VND 2,307,495,000.

Principles of property sale:

+ Priority to customers buy package 2 above. If there is no customer buying the package, the customer registering to buy any property will organize the auction of such property.

+ For Assets 4.3 (Printing line): Prioritize the whole sale of assets by line, in case If there is no customer buying the package, the customer registering to buy any property will hold that property auction.

+ For Assets 4.7 - Retail machinery and equipment: In case there is no customer buying the whole package, the customer who registered to buy the property will hold the property auction.

Price does not include VAT and costs related to the transfer process. All costs related to the transfer of ownership / use of property, including registration fee, title transfer fee, notarization fee and other expenses (if any), will be borne by the auction winner.

3. Organizations and individuals participating in the auction of land-attached assets must ensure the following provisions:

- Auction participants must ensure the conditions prescribed by the Law on Auction such as: Persons who have no civil act capacity, those who have lost or have limited civil act capacity, etc. are not allowed to register to participate. auction (as prescribed in Article 38 of the Law on Auction).

4. Time and place for auction:

- Time to submit the application for auction participation: To June 10, 2023 (during office hours)

- Time to hold the auction: At 14:00 on June 12, 2023
