   * Assets 02: The right to use 80,4m2 of land at  Nguyen Thuong Hien street, Van Dinh town, Ung Hoa district, Ha Noi city according to the certificate of land use rights BN 792489, number in the register of land use right certificate: CH00484, issued by Peoplecomittee of Ung Hoa District, on July 17th 2013, masters of land is mrs Khau Thi Thu Huyen, as follows:

 + Land lot number: 49;                        Map number: 51

 + Address: Nguyen Thuong Hien street, Van Dinh Town, Ung Hoa District, Ha Noi City.

 + Area: 80,4 m2 (In words: Eight point four square meters)

 + Form of land use: Private 80,4 m2

 + Purpose of use: Urban Land

 + Land use term: Long term

 + Land- attached assets: No buildings on the land.

 - Starting price: 1.700.000.000 VND (One billion, seven hundred million VND).

2. Deadline for application submission:

 The deadline for direct application submission is 07 days from the date of notification (date of documents submitted by post will be determined by postmark but must be delivered to BIDV Thanh Do no later than 10 days from the date of notification).

4. Selection criteria:

 - Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of auctioned asset. 

 - The auction plan is feasible and effective. 

 - Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization. 

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs. 

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice. 

- Has a minimum operating period of 3 years. 

 - There are at least 03 auctioneers. 

5. Registration dossiers include:

 - Enterprise legal documents.. 

 - A written description of capacity and experience. 

 - Price quotation and other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

* Note:

  - The registration dossier is automatically invalidated in case the auction organization is not allowed to bid fake according to the provisions of law. 

  - BIDV Thanh Do Branch shall send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who have not been informed of the results are considered deemed unsuccessful, BIDV Thanh Do Branch do not return the application to unselected organization.
