a. The selected price appraisal enterprise must be on the Ministry of Finance's public list of price appraisal enterprises eligible for price appraisal activities.

b. The selected price appraisal enterprise is not eligible for price appraisal according to the provisions of the Law on Prices and its guiding documents.

c. Appraisers fully meet the criteria as prescribed by the Law on Prices and the provisions of law, have experience in the field of price appraisal; Reputable valuation company,....

d. Price of a package valuation service (including costs of surveying and collecting information to appraise security asset prices,...)

e. Other criteria: Provide deed according to regulations, be responsible for appraisal value.

5. Application deadline:
