2. Deadline for application submission:

Deadline for direct submission is 07 days from the day of notification (documents submitted by post are calculated according to the postmark, provided the BIDV Ben Thanh must receive them within 10 days from the day of notification).

4. Selection Criteria:

Auction organization must meet criteria specified in Clause 4, Article 56 of the Law on Asset Auction, Article 56 and Appendix1 of the Selection guide asset auction organization no. 02/2022/TT-BTP of Ministry of Justice and the following criteria:

- Necessary facilities and equipment to secure the auction for the type of asset to be auctioned.

- The auction plan is feasible and effective.

- Capacity, experience and reputation of the asset auction organization.

- Remuneration for auction services, appropriate property auction costs.

- Being on the list of asset auction organizations announced by the Ministry of Justice.

- Having at least 03 years of operation

- Having at least 03 auctioneers.

- Having at least 03 branches/ representative offices.

5. Registration dossier includes:

- Legal documents of enterprises.

- Description of qualifications and experience.

- Letter of bid, related records under section 4, other commitments of the auction organization (if any).

*Note:

- The registration dossier is automatically invalidated in case the auction organization is not allowed to bid fake according to the provisions of law.

- BIDV Ben Thanh Branch will send a written notice of the results to the selected auction organization, those who are not notified of the results are considered not selected, BIDV Ben Thanh Branch will not return the documents with unselected units.
