5. Reservation: Table reservations must be made via the official Hotline at (024) 7309 9622 or Email: JCB@cc-c.vn. Cardholders will not be eligible for the promotion if reservations are made directly with the restaurant.

Reservation Steps:

1. Step 1: Cardholder calls the Hotline and provides the following details: Full name, phone number, BIDV JCB Well-Being or BIDV JCB Ultimate card number (first 6 and last 4 digits), and reservation request.

2. Step 2: The call center checks table availability and informs the cardholder of the terms and conditions.

3. Step 3: The call center sends a confirmation email once the reservation is successfully made.

4. Step 4: The cardholder arrives at the restaurant, enjoys the offer, and pays the remaining amount using their BIDV JCB Well-Being or BIDV JCB Ultimate card.

• All reservations and any changes to the date/time are subject to the restaurant's availability and scheduling.

• The Dining Program will not process requests for reservations that have been made directly with the restaurant.

• Reservation lead time: Reservations must be made at least one (01) working day in advance.
