1. Name of the transaction office changed:

- Former name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam – Van Phuc Ha Noi Branch – Thăng Long Victory Transaction Office.

- New name: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam – Van Phuc Ha Noi Branch – Le Trong Tan Transaction Office.

2. Location of the transaction office changed:

- Former location: T1 Thang Long Victory Building, Nam An Khanh Urban Area, An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City.

- New location: C16-NV5, plot 13, New urban area on both sides of Le Trong Tan street, La Phu commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi city.

3. Effective date: 19 April 2024.
