BIDV announces card system upgrade and maintenance

Dear Valued Customers,

In order to enhance service quality, BIDV will be upgrading its card management system from 23:00 on November 15, 2024, to 00:30 on November 16, 2024. During this time, card payment transactions issued by BIDV and BIDV’s card acceptance services (ATM, POS, and Ecom) may experience interruptions. Cards on digital channels (SmartBanking, iBank) will continue to operate normally.

BIDV sincerely announces and kindly requests customers’ understanding for any inconvenience caused.
